We hope your Monaria piece meets your expectations beautifully.
Should you wish to request a return or exchange, we are happy to assist under the following conditions:

• Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• Altered, custom-made, or made-to-order pieces are considered special pieces and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange
• Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective
• Refunds are processed within a period not exceeding 14 business days after the item has been received and inspected

Non-refundable operational fees associated with certain payment methods may be deducted where applicable.
